Return & Refund Policy

At Bheem Singh and Sons, we are a small business and every product is prepared, packed, and quality-checked with great care before dispatch.

Due to the nature of our products (oils, soaps, and personal care items), we are currently unable to offer returns once an order has been delivered.

When can you contact us?

If you receive:

  • A product that is damaged during transit, or

  • An incorrect item in your order

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us assist you better, we may request:

  • A short unboxing video, and

  • Clear images of the product and packaging

The product should remain unused and unopened.

Resolution 

Each request is reviewed individually with care.
If the issue is verified and stock is available, we may send a replacement of the same product.

In cases where a replacement is not possible, a partial or full refund may be issued, depending on the situation.
